NCPD is seeking motivated candidates for Recruitment Incentives for Law Enforcement Program (Cadet).
Position Details:
*Paid tuition: Cadets accepted into the program will receive paid tuition for a PA-accredited Act 120 municipal police training academy.
*A two (2) year commitment of at least 32 hours a week with the Northern Cambria Borough Police Department is required.
*Starting salary after graduation is $24 per hour with a $300 uniform allowance.

Requirements:
 *18 years of age, a high-school diploma or equivalency, and a valid PA driver's license.
*Must be able to meet eligibility requirements for Police Academy training (Physical, Psychological, & Background testing)
*Must demonstrate a commitment to service and community.
