On 03/04/2025 the Northern Cambria Police did take one, Devon PLUMMER into custody. Devon did have outstanding warrants from the Cambria County Sheriff's office. Devon was found to be staying at 35 Cherry Ridge Terrace. Other parties charge accordingly.
